Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a refund.
Size or change of mind
Because every order is produced especially for you, we do not offer exchanges for the wrong size or change of mind, except where the law gives you that right (see below).
Customers in the EU / EEA
You may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. To use this right, contact us within that period.
